DMCA Policy

  6. A statement that the information in the notification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.

Counter-Notification
If you believe that your material was removed or access to it was disabled as a result of a mistake or misidentification of the material, you may file a counter-notification with us. To be effective, a counter-notification must be in writing and include the following information:

  1. Your physical or electronic signature.
  2. Identification of the material that has been removed or to which access has been disabled and the location where the material appeared before it was removed or disabled.
  3. A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification.
  4. Your name, address, telephone number, and email address.
  5. A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court in your district and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the original DMCA notice or an agent of such person.

Repeat Infringers
In accordance with the DMCA and other applicable laws, we have a policy of terminating, in appropriate circumstances, users or account holders who are repeat infringers.

Modifications to This Policy
Picasso APK reserves the right to modify this DMCA policy at any time. Changes will be posted on this page, and your continued use of the app after any changes will constitute your acknowledgment of the changes and your consent to follow and be bound by the modified policy.
